This policy explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for visitors who contact us about personal project decision-making and completion planning.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message text you submit at
/contact/or embedded forms. - Cookie preference: a single value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage, as described on
/cookies/.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the form, your browser sends JSON via POST to /api/inquiry on vectorcraft.digital. The handler stores the message only long enough for staff to reply by email. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Retention
- Inquiries: up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted unless law requires longer storage.
- Cookie preference: until you clear site data or change your choice via the footer control.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@vectorcraft.digital with the subject line “PDPA request”. We respond within statutory timelines.
International transfers
If you access the site from outside Thailand, your inquiry still processes on systems we operate for vectorcraft.digital. We do not intentionally transfer data to unrelated countries.
Children
Services address adults managing personal projects. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian involvement.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes affecting inquiries will also be noted on /contact/.
