Planning approach
How Vector Craft Project Planning structures personal project decision records, completion criteria, and review checkpoints in Khon Kaen.
How we structure a personal completion plan
This page describes our craft-led sequence for personal projects — the same backbone we use whether you are closing out a renovation, publishing a manuscript, or choosing between two relocation timelines.
1. Intake inventory
You bring the project name, desired end state, and any deadlines that are real versus aspirational. We capture open decisions as explicit questions, not vague worries.
2. Evidence pass
Together we list what you already know, what you could learn in a week, and what requires a third-party professional. The output is a one-page decision log.
3. Milestone lattice
Milestones are dated checkpoints with observable evidence — emailed documents, signed forms, or prototype screenshots — rather than mood-based progress.
4. Closure definition
We write a “done enough” statement so completion is measurable. That statement travels with you after our engagement ends.

Who benefits
People juggling a personal initiative alongside paid employment, caregivers sequencing home projects, and anyone who keeps restarting the same plan without a finish line.
